Bow Polish Swamp And Burning Bridges

August 4, 2016

Today I have two polishes from Bow Polish to show you. If you aren’t aware, Bow Polish is owned by Russian based brand, Dance Legend, and they regularly release some of the most innovative and beautiful shades out there.

I also want to note, that you might begin seeing some small changes taking place on here. I have something really exciting happening in the background, so bear with me, everything will be revealed VERY soon!

I’ve always found Bow Polish to be really complex in there formulas and colours. The two I have here today are no exception. They’re absolutely beautiful in so many ways. You can be inside, outside, under strange lighting, sunshine, rainy days, and these will always adapt and look amazing!

First up today is Swamp. This is a multichrome filled with holographic sparks throughout. The holo is really fine so doesn’t disrupt the mutlichrome too much which I like. The base is violet with blue-green- teal-purple multichrome shimmer.

It applied quite nicely, though needed three coats to reach an opacity I liked.

Next up is Burning Bridges. This is definitely my favourite of the two. I’m a sucker for shifts that involve red, gold and green. The base colour in this one is quite smokey and again has that multichrome shifting shimmer. You can see in the bottle it also moves to blue though that didn’t show on my nails. As with Swamp, this one also has this strong holographic spark throughout.

I again applied three coats for my swatches of Burning Bridges. It was smooth and easy to apply although sheerer than I expected.

I really enjoyed these two shades. The only thing that really bugs me with Bow Polish is those lids. No matter how I hold them, I can’t get into a comfy position while painting my nails. Luckily the colours are so gorgeous, that feeling dissipates after I’m finished applying.

You can get hold of these shades from Dance Legend now with worldwide shipping available.
