I have a fair few Dance Legend posts coming up again over the next couple of weeks which I am super excited to share with you! I have been drooling over many of their newer lines, so I hope you’ll enjoy these as much as I have!
Today we’re taking a look at my two picks from the Military Collection. I love this whole line, and particularly the two I have here today. You can check out the full collection here if these take your fancy!
The whole collection consists of punchy, muted cremes, and a range of complimentary polishes filled with beautiful holographic flakes.
First up today is Tank. I have quite a lot of olive type colours, but none quite like this! I’d describe the formula as being highly pigmented in a creme/jelly style which give it great shine and depth for a creme. The polish is quite dark in regular lighting, but lights up to the traditional ‘tank’ green in light.
Super smooth to apply, my swatches are just two thin coats and no topcoat for my photos.
Next up is Glory, with it’s sheer, smokey base and filled with lots of shiny holographic flakes. I love the flakes in this as they just appear as silver flakes in regular light, but sparkle gloriously in the light without going overboard like a micro-glitter might.
Glory is pretty sheer, needing three thin coats for my swatches. It dries smooth and my photos show it with no topcoat. I also had no troubles removing the polish at all. Those flakes came straight off.
I had some great nail art ideas using both of these polishes together, but Glory turned out to be too sheer for what I wanted to do, so I will go back to the drawing board. Expect to see a lot of Tank used in various manicures in the future! It’s such a gorgeous colour!!
You can get your hands on the Military Collection from the Dance Legend Shop now! They ship worldwide with really great rates, and the wait is not long at all!
What do you think of these two?
