Hello lovelies! I hope you all had a great weekend and were able to do some super fun things! I had this post lined up for yesterday evening but got stuck into a Harry Potter marathon and fell asleep! I have never watched Harry Potter before (Am I the last in the world?) so it’s been a bit fun seeing what it’s all about!
Today I have two polishes from Dance Legend’s Binary Winter 2016 release to show you. Both shades I picked are vibrant, rich and totally me!
I liked the metallic shiftiness of this range and was excited to try them out. They’re certainly not anything unique, but they are really pretty!
First up is Karina. This is a highly metallic red polish with the slightest bit of golden lift. The red changes from a sultry deep to a bright crimson depending on lighting. While the gold was evident in the bottle, it was not so on my nails, but I can definitely see that it gives the polish lots of depth.
The polish was smooth and easy to apply, only needing two thin coats for my swatches. It dried shiny so I photographed it with no topcoat.
Next up is Valentina, and my favourite of the two. This one has a very strong duochrome shift that is easily seen on the nails. The polish changes from a brick red through to crimson and then a warm, gentle gold. It’s gorgeous!
Again, this one applied very smooth and easily and had a super shiny finish so no topcoat here either.
The Binary range is one of my favourites from Dance Legend and I’m always excited to try them. I find the quality of them superb and rich with flawless formulas.
You can grab these shades plus the rest from the Winter 2016 release now from Dance Legend. They offer free shipping on ten or more bottles which is really easy to achieve since they carry such fantastic ranges of polish.
Hope your week is off to a good start!!! I have a few posts lined up so I hope you’ll stick around!
