Ugh, I swear I am the worst blogger ever! I have been so very preoccupied with life that I feel like I have neglected my little space of the web for a bit. I’m sure I’ll be writing some words about it very soon, but for now, I have some cool older polishes by Pretty Serious Cosmetics to show you.
Today I have the trio, They Came From Beyond Space to share. These three polishes are a multichrome, flake and shimmer style polish that carry an intense foil finish. The colours are all quite bold and intensly sparkly in the sun. In partial daylight though, as you twist your hands naturally, they contain some stunning colour changes. In fact, they can, at times, look like completely different polishes!
Phantom Planet has a seafoam green main colour which moves to gold, aqua and violet tones on a decent curve. For these pics I did two thin coats and one coat of topcoat.
Galaxy Invader is predominantly sky blue with a darker blue shift, to purple, pink, and to gold on the curve. I think this one is my favourite of the three (it’s close though). Again, two thin coats and one coat of topcoat.
Lastly is Atomic Brain. The predominent colour is violet with blue tones and a strong pink to gold shift. I did two coats and one coat of topcoat.
I think if you really wanted to accentuate the shift of these you could pop them over a black base, but I wanted to show them without since the shift is already very strong. They are all much more metallic looking in real life than my camera allows and really magical to look at! I had these polishes on my wish list for long, I was extremely chuffed when I got them!
All three polishes released in the They Came From Beyond Space series are still currently available from Pretty Serious Cosmetics who ship worldwide.
Do you own any of these ones or will you be grabbing any in the future?
