Today I have four new polishes from Aussie, Glittering Elements to show you. The first lot are a Limited Edition Trio, Love, Dream and Believe. The fourth, Dark Rainbow is a regular addition to the range. I’ll be showing you the three limited editions first today.
With all the negativity around at the moment Casey, the owner of Glittering Elements decided the time had come to release these three limited edition beauties. They had been created many, many months ago and were waiting for the right time to be unleashed to the world! They all really are quite uplifting and definitely beautiful.
Love is a deep, vibrant magenta pink polish with pink flecks, silver shimmer and delicate scattered holo. It’s a really beautiful pink, one that I really liked to wear. As you may know, I don’t really get into pinks, but they have been growing on the the last several months, especially bold ones like this.
Love has a nice smooth application style with no issue at all. I’ve used two thin coats for my swatches, but I’m confident that those of you with shorter nails or slightly thicker coats would easily get away with just one coat. I’ve photographed it here with no topcoat.
Dream is simply stunning, and my personal favourite of the three. It has a lavender tinted base with strong linear holo, violet sparks and an amazing shifting overlay that moves blue-teal-green. I had a hard time capturing the green element of the shift, but it’s clearly evident when you look at the bottle in the light.
Again, this one applied easily with no issue. I’ve applied two coats and no topcoat for my swatches.
Believe is a lovely sky blue with a hint of a teal undertone. I had a bit of trouble getting the colour completely correct, it really does change it’s appearance depending on the lighting you’re in. I would point to the photo of the polish in artificial light as being the most accurate. Believe has golden flecks throughout, a pink overlay and delicate scattered holo.
It applies very smoothly with no issue. I’ve used two coats for my swatches and probably couldve gone a third since I can just see my free edge a little in bright light. It wasn’t very evident in regular lighting at all. I applied one coat of topcoat for smoothness of the flakes.
I was inspired to do some chunky rose stamping over love and I adore how it turned out. I used Bundle Monster BM-XL06 and a *soon to be released* pink and white stamping polish combination.
Dark Rainbow is the fourth polish being released by Glittering Elements. This one is NOT a limited edition. Believe me though, that doesnt make it any less beautiful. I love it!
Dark Rainbow has a slate coloured base with medium strength linear holo and fabulous violet and silver sparks. It looks so pretty on!
I’ve applied two thin coats for my swatches, and although it dried glossy I applied one coat of topcoat.
These four polishes will be available from Glittering Elements today at 2pm AEST. Glittering Elements ship worldwide and are also stocked at several stockists worldwide.
Don’t forget that the first three, Love, Dream and Believe are limited editions and when sold out will not be restocked. I will also note that they will only be sold individually, not as a set. For updates on the release check out the Glittering Elements Facebook page.
