Today I thought I’d share with you a random swatch from Celestial Cosmetics. It’s nice to be able to do this, now I have time to be sharing some polishes from my collection. Celestial Cosmetics is one of my favourite brands of polish, and the only brand of which I’m lucky enough to own them all. Each creation is unique and there is a polish in there for every occasion or mood. Today I’ve decided to share with you The Pink Planet, one of Celestial’s earliest creations which, sadly, is now being discontinued. I’ll also share with you the July Limited Edition creation, which is also just too pretty. I hope you like them.
THE PINK PLANET
The Pink Planet is a red-toned jelly based polish with silver, pink and holo micro glitters and holo hexes. The jelly is superb, true jelly form, not just a tinted base calling itself jelly. The application was really easy. The polish glided to the perfect location on my nails and levelled itself wonderfully. Not a lot of hexes came out with the brush, but I was happy with those that wanted to be in my mani, the amount was enough to let each of them shine. The micro glitters form such excellent depth in the polish. This is one I really loved.
I used three thin coats for my swatches, and topped it with one coat of Celestial’s Solar Ray Quick Dry Top Coat. As I stated earlier this polish is being discontinued and is on sale from Celestial Cosmetics for only $6.00 AUD with worldwide shipping available. I highly recommend this polish to those of you who love simple jellies, and pinks that show red. Not one you want to miss out on.
I mentioned I would also like to share with you Celestial Cosmetics July LE. This polish is available in full 12ml size from Celestial Cosmetics ONLY during the month of July, however all orders placed during July will receive a complimentary 8ml mini of this polish. Whether you choose the full size or order some other polishes, this LE is amazing.
A stunning cool lilac holographic polish that is super pigmented, it is absolutely beautiful. I only needed two thin coats for my swatches and it was perfection! It almost has this periwinkle blue tone to it, which I love, as otherwise I might have noticed too much pink, but YAY no pink! I used no topcoat for the following pictures.
Be sure to head over to check out what Celestial Cosmetics has in store for you. With anything from the new Electric You Collection to the classic yet beautiful discontinued shades, and everything else in between, you’re sure to find something you love.
