*Cue the music, and dim the lights ladies, because the Lady is a Vamp*
Tonight, as you may have suspected from the suggestive innuendoes, I have some new polishes from Australian brand Powder Perfect to show you. The collection is called Lady Is A Vamp, and is made up of six polishes of varying finishes, that are designed to celebrate what makes us feel good, our most vibrant and alive! What a great theme! I know when I have my nails all done nice and smooth, I definitely feel like one heck of a vampy lady!
Today I have two of the polishes from this collection to share with you, Jealousy and Deceptively Sweet.
Now when I think of feeling good and vibrant, jealousy does not usually enter my mind at all, however because this polish is so nice, I’ll let that pass, because perhaps what I should say is, when you wear this polish, jealousy is what you may encounter….because of your intensely rainbow-ey nails!
Jealousy is a crimson based polish (be still my beating heart) with a very strong holographic rainbow throughout it. It’s entirely simple, and so beautiful. Just two coats, and no topcoat for my swatches.
Delicate and full of charm, Deceptively Sweet is a lavender crème, generously filed with tiny golden flakies. It’s a very beautiful polish that dries with a slightly textured feel, it looks like some kind of candy, I just can’t place my finger on which one! I applied two coats of polish and two coats of topcoat to get it really smooth.
The Lady Is A Vamp Collection is being released tomorrow, the 26th June, from Powder Perfect. To see the whole collection make sure to have a look at Powder Perfect’s Facebook, and Instagram pages.
