Glittering Elements Give Me Purples

March 7, 2014

Hi

Tonight I have two fabulous purple polishes from Australian Indie Company, Glittering Elements.

The first is called Lazy Little Violet, and is the lighter of the two. This is a stunning violet shade with a strong metallic golden shift, which is particularly evident in direct sunlight. In the shade and at certain angles, the holo in the purple is also quite strong. An amazing polish, that it can show so many elements, not be ‘hazy’ looking in the shade, and be so intense in the light, this really is a work of art. My swatches below show two coats, and as with every Glittering Element I’ve tried, application is a breeze.

The other purple polish starring in this post is called Toxic Molly. Toxic Molly is what I like to call a ‘happy accident’, also known as serendipity. Certainly, it is serendipitous, that this polish is so darn awesome. A lovely dusty purple holo, with shimmer and rainbow sparkle. This looks fantastic on the nail, without being overly bright.

Have a great night.
